Good day! Can anyone teach me how to code hybrid PSO in solving unit commitment problem in matlab?

The hybrid PSO is just so complicated .. so if anyone has ideas please do share.. pseudo code is a very big help. Im doing it in a 6 bus system with 3 generators..
