Is there a callback for a pushbutton pressed-and-held state in app designer?

I can't find an equivalent of slider's valuechanging function for a pushbutton. Something that may execute repeatedly when a pushbutton is pressed and held in buttondown state. Can a custom UI component be made with such a callback?
