How to convert txt to tiff file for DEM analysis (topographic)

Hi, I am trying to convert a txt file of xyz coordinates (2280424 x 3 double) to tiff as I want to study topography of an area. Converting it to a DEM would be easier for me to use topotoolbox. I am very new to MATLAB, so please could someone help me! Thank you!

See ndgrid and scatteredInterpolant and geotiffwrite
Though if the data is already complete and does not require interpolation, then it might just be a matter of reshape and maybe a transpose, .' and then geotiffwrite()
