Something unexpected occured when I installed the Bioinformatics toolbox

I wanna use Pam so that I have to install Bioinformatics toolbox first, but I got a problem as mentioned above.

Unfortunately, this error message isn’t very helpful at all, so it’s hard to say what’s causing the issue. I would try clearing out your Add-Ons download folder and make sure you have any antivirus software disabled before attempting to re-download the Add-On.
