Would be helpful to specify what model are you refering to? Also please give a bit more insights into what are you tryibg to do.

In phasor mode, the power system frequency is specified, not measured. The whole power system will simulate at that frequency and not include effects that would case the frequency to change. In continuous and Discrete mode, you can measure the frequency and the frequency can change over time.
