Can I compile a standalone executable for Linux using the Docker container with Deep Learning Toolbox, pretrained models, and other toolboxes?

I am a contractor working with the US Army Corps of Engineers. They have a Matlab application currently running on Windows, and I need to run it on Linux.
I have successfully logged-in running the Docker container with Deep Learning Toolbox, pretrained models, and other toolboxes on a Linux system.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your question. Could you describe in more detail the desired workflow you are looking to accomplish? There are many ways to run a such a MATLAB application on Linux, but the path you choose depends on the specifics. If you are not able to share more details here, consider reaching out to technical support who may be able to help with specific questions.
I see you've tagged this question with MATLAB Compiler and MATLAB Coder. These may be on the right track, but it's impossible to say for certain without knowing a bit more about your use-case.
