How do I align my matrix elements

7 views (last 30 days)
Greetings,
I have reinstalled my MATLAB recently, and I am having an issue with matrix output
For example, if I type below command,
y = [1:5; 11:15; 111:115]
y = 3×5
1 2 3 4 5 11 12 13 14 15 111 112 113 114 115
This is what I get in command window. Is there anyway I can align this?
It is the first time seeing this issue and I don't think I can read properly if i play with large matrices.

Have a look at:
and the settings describes under Change Font Name and Style -> Code Tools. Use a monospaced font.

This displays ok here. In your case, change the font size of the command window or use live editor that will display correctly
y = [1:5; 11:15; 111:115]
y = 3×5
1 2 3 4 5 11 12 13 14 15 111 112 113 114 115
