simulink source that follows a sequence until it reaches a constant value

Hey all, a maybe complicated question, I was wondering how to create a source like a repeating sequence in simulink, but instead of repeating, outputs at the arrays steady state value after the end of the source array until the end of the simulation.

I cant think of a simple way to do this, im guessing it might involve a matlab function block, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You have the arry of time-value pairs. Use them in a 1-D lookup table. Use the simulation clock as the input, specify "Clip" for "Extrapolation method:" and specify "Use last table value ...'.
