Can someone help me in defining RLS function for my code?

Hello, I am new to matlab and optimization. For my code, I am trying to optimize the cloud data with the help of RLS method. I use the following code to get cloud data.
xdom = xmlread('http://api.met.no/weatherapi/locationforecast/1.9/?lat=52.37;lon=4.89;msl=1');
cloudtags = xdom.getElementsByTagName('cloudiness');
cloudiness = cell(cloudtags.getLength, 2);
for item = 1 : cloudtags.getLength
cloudtag = cloudtags.item(item - 1);
timetag = cloudtag.getParentNode.getParentNode;
cloudiness{item, 1} = char(timetag.getAttribute('from'));
cloudiness{item, 2} = str2double(cloudtag.getAttribute('percent'));
end
cloudiness;
matchrow = strcmp(cloudiness(:, 1), '2015-03-31T05:00:00Z');
matchcloudiness = cloudiness{matchrow, 2};
(You can change the date-time-stamp in the second last row to get the weather data upto next 5 days)
Now, with this code I first get the data of what will be the cloud cover after 4 hours and subsequently I get data of cloud cover in the present hour.
I want to converge the results with the help of RLS now. Can someone help me with that? How it can be done
