matlab grader cannot reach canvas gradebook

Hi,

I'm using the canvas external tool - matlab grader.

The student can take the matlab quiz, hits submit, but then gets an error "Canvas Gradebook cannot be reached"

(I get this error with a real student and the canvas fake student view)

Any thoughts?

This error typically means that MATLAB Grader cannot reach or write to the the gradebook URL.

This can happen when the LMS server being behind a firewall that blocks the grade postback from external sources, or a server certificate has been misconfigured, or MathWorks need to update a server certificate that is cached for this URL on their end.
