Error installing MATLAB R2011a with MAC OS X 10.10.2

I'm writing because i tried to install matlab from the terminal but i got an error:
Unable to find any JVMs matching architecture "x86_64". java_home detected $ISMAC set with --failfast, implicitly adding --request No Java runtime present, requesting install. Error: Cannot locate Java Runtime Environment (JRE).
After i got the error for the first time i installed and verified the installation of java 8 update 40 but i didn't work again, what i have to do?someone could help me?
