Installed Matlab Compiler, but there is no "Application Compiler" app under the apps toolbox

I have Matlab R2014a and Matlab Compiler Runtime installed, both version 8.3. I am trying to compile a stand-alone executable. I found a demo video on how to do that (link below), however, there is no "Application Compiler" app under the apps toolbox. Does it mean that the compiler has not been installed properly? Any other ideas on how to build a stand-alone application?

Hi Andrew,
Has MATLAB Compiler been installed correctly? What does the following command return?
license('checkout','Compiler')
If the above returns "0", then the toolbox is not available with your license.
Do you see MATLAB Compiler listed when you type the command
ver
in MATLAB command prompt?
Are you able to launch the App from the command prompt while using the command
applicationCompiler
Thanks Vinod

Matlab Compiler Runtime is not the MATLAB Compiler, just a support library for MATLAB Compiler. MATLAB Compiler is an optional high-cost product which can be added on to Academic and Commercial / Professional licenses, but not to Student Version (or, if I recall, Home license)
