Why cannot I see the Desktop language option though I set the locale setting to Korean?

I would like to change the MATLAB Desktop language to Korean from English. I tried to follow the "Change the MATLAB Desktop Language" documentation but I cannot see the Desktop language option though I set the locale setting to Korean according to the "Set Locale on Linux Platforms" documentation.

Though you set the locale to Korean and install Korean font by using "sudo apt install fonts-nanum",
the essential condition to allow using the Korean MATLAB version is the OS's display language. Once you can see Korean as an OS language, you can launch the Korean MATLAB version. Then you can see the Desktop language option.
Note: The captured
of the "Change the MATLAB Desktop Language" documentation is reproduced after you change the option to English from Korean under the circumstance of the Korean OS language which is able to use the Korean MATLAB version.
