How to extract features ABCDE from skin cancer image

I have a problem in to extract features from skin cancer images , I need to extract the following features from them : 1-Asymmetry. 3-Border Irregularity 2-Color . 4-Diameter. 5-Evolution To use them to calculate TDS for classify a melanoma. if you have any idea ,documents ,informations or MATLAB code ,about this to calculate these features , help me to do this job please .Thanks advances .
