I am not sure that trials have access to the Add-on explorer tool. You will probably need to use the installer.

Please try to reinstall MATLAB and see if you can install the ‘System Identification Toolbox’.

If I recall correctly, trial licenses cannot use the Add-on Explorer. I might be wrong though
