Matlab 2023a installation fails

When installing Matlab 2023a, I'm getting "Download Error: There was an error downloading product files. Check your internet connection and then rerun the Installer."

I've tried installing on six PCs in different rooms with the same result; halts at around 25%. I am able to download & install the 2022a version without any issues, so it doesn't look like a network issue on this end.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
