Matlab plots are not obtaining.

Hello There,

I have just downloaded MATLAB 2023 for my ubantu 20.04. Unfortunately the graphics are not working. The error is

MATLAB has experienced a low-level graphics error, and may not have drawn correctly.

Can some one give a simple solution.

Have you followed the advice linked in the error message? Have you share the information with MathWorks technical support?

Tried but its not working after clicking on that link, its busy.

and tried contacting Mathworks but showing some technical error and asking for contacting later.

What method did you use to try to contact them that showed a technical error? Did you email them and it bounced back? Did you call on the voice telephone and it gave a recorded error? How did you can for them to contact you later if there was a technical error while contacting them? Very confusing.
