parallel lithium ion cells charge and discharge

Does anyone know if Simpowersystems is able to simulate the behaviors of charging or discharging multiple parallel lithium ion cells with different maximum capacities. ie. some cells degrade faster than others.

Yes, simscape can simulate individual cells with different batteries and have mutliple options for levels of fidelity and including things such as degreation. This is a good starting point: https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/ref/battery.html
