Why RoadRunner doesnot generate the OpenDrive through a multi lane road?

Hello
I was creating a multi lane road which is connected to a main road. But the opendrive file doesnot have the waypoints through it.(you can check the image).
and after importing to the CARLA simulator the waypoints are missing through that lane.
I tried to create a new road and added the lane. but doesnot work. any way to rectify this issue?
