When trying to open MATLAB Online, I receive the error "The MATLAB session you are trying to connect to is not responding. Requested service is not found." How can I resolve this?

First, please check to see if there are any outages in the MATLAB Online system. Outages could cause service to MATLAB Online to be disrupted, which may cause this error. You can check the status of MathWorks services at https://status.mathworks.com/

If you are using a supported browser, try to clear the browser cache and reload/refresh MATLAB Online. Following are the steps to clear the cache in different browsers:
If you have tried the above steps and the issue persists, it is likely that your MATLAB Online session data has been corrupted. To resolve the issue, try the following steps:
  1. Log in to the following link: https://drive.matlab.com/files/ with your MathWorks Account credentials
  2. In the upper right, click on your name and select “Show Hidden Files”
  3. Delete the ‘.session’ folder
  4. Go to https://matlab.mathworks.com and try re-using MATLAB Online
