convolutional encoder for binary signals

The following hardware is being used as a convolutional encoder for binary signals: Write down expressions for the following parameters:
• n • k • encoding constraint length • code rate • the impulse responses g0 and g1 • the system matrix G
Draw the state diagram and the corresponding trellis diagram for four levels assuming the initial state is all zeros.
The received data corresponding to a particular transmission is:
[0.39 -1.47], [1.93 1.06], [-0.77 1.84], [-0.29 1.52]
Decode the received message using both soft and hard decision decoding. Comment on the results obtained.
