Asking for your help in finding cells in an image?

hey there :)

i doing a project on finding LD(lipid droplets) in an RGB image

for now i'm trying by using this : steerable derivatives of gaussians

and i get this image

and i'm trying to find all the circles in the image, even the little ones (circlesearch doesn't work)

Any help is welcome thanks in advance

BTW this is the RGB image the images looks pretty much the same with more or less LDs

Not sure what circlesearch refers to. Did you mean imfindcircles?

yes, sorry i ment that, imfindcircles
