point correspondences between the two sets of different size

hiee all, i have a feature vectors of two different images of different size and i want to normalize these vectors into fix size so that i can calculate the correspondences(match matrices)between these two sets.please suggest me any approach/method regarding this. i 'll be very thankful to all.
