where is signalbuilder in simulink 2023b

Hi every one Im new to the matlab and i was trying to use simulink;I have 2023b and I could not find signalbuilder But my friend who has version 2022 is available in the resources section of her software.I even search for it but didnt find it.I will be grateful if anyone can help me.

Signal Editor Block is recommended than Signal builder block according to documentation

If you are still persistent on using Signal Builder Block try doing it programmatically Signal Builder
