How do i start the MATALB Onramp?

Whenever i try to start the OnRamp through this link: https://matlabacademy.mathworks.com/details/matlab-onramp/gettingstarted and clicking the "start course" button, all it does is reload the page without changing anything. Is there something else i have to do first before the course is available?
