Problem with SPM12

Hey,
I just downloaded MatLab and SPM12 on my windows PC and followed all the official installation documentation. The unzipped spm folder (I made sure to use the "folder in the folder", because unzipping creates an extra parent folder) is added via the SetPath button in the upper menu, it shows up on the right in the folder system, but when I try to run it via "spm" i get the following error code:
Unrecognized function or variable 'spm_Welcome'.
Error in spm (line 299)
spm_Welcome;
I don't know what I am doing wrong..

Hey Konrad,
you are right, the file is missing. Below you can see the entire contents of the folder. I have just contacted a colleague who sent me the file, but it is still not working.

Okay nevermind it works now. I think there went something wrong while unzipping the file because I just downloaded it again, did the exact same thing and everything is good now... thanks for your help though :)
