I am starting with Matlab online. can I use Stoichiometry Tools?
stoich({'Al+3(aq)','Al(s)','e-'});
I tried and it returns me this:
Unrecognized function or variable 'stoich'.

I assume you are referring to this particular function provided in this FEX submission - https://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/29774-stoichiometry-tools
If that is the case, then you have to upload the file to MATLAB Online and add it to the current directory/path in order to use it.

You can use the File Exchange functions in MATLAB Online simply by opening MATLAB Online from the File Exchange page.
You can open MATLAB Online, by clicking the 'Open in MATLAB Online' button:
