Cannot install Matlab R2024a for UI issues... WIndows 11 Dell Laptop

We have a licensed Matlab + toolboxes on a Dell Laptop, version R2023b running. LIcense is valid and was renewed for 1+ year from now.

When we try to install R2024a, we get to the screen shot attached, and cannot select ANYTHING except cancel - all else does not respond. Any ideas??
