Surface plot variation for Taguchi DoE

I want to plot the surface (variation) for an output, as a function of 2 inputs each time (X1 and X2 for example); to visualize interaction between these 2 inputs. I used a taguchi L27, for 5 inputs (X1,X2,X3,X4,X5) and 1 output (Y).

The usual plotting function ( surf, mesh,...) don't work, since the output for each combination (X1,X2) is multiple -since combinations are based on all 5 inputs-. Hope I made it clear, and Thank you for your help :)

Wow. Been a long time since I heard the name Taguchi.
