I do not personally faced any slow network issue at my end while using Power System Onramp over Simulink Online. The slow connection you are experiencing could be due to potential sporadic slow network connection or Firewall related issue.

i have problem in model not network issue.

I have different question. No issue with network. I have problem with simulink, error given by model.
