DOWNLOAD TOOLBOX FROM http://dde.binghamton.edu/download/jpeg_toolbox.zip One need to compile JPEG library (jpeg-9/jpeg-8,jpeg-6) and edit include files in JPEGTOOLBOX before using JPEGtoolbox
