MATLAB issue while try to install add-ons, installation get stucked

Hi all,
I'm using the MATLAB 2023B release and try to add some add-ons (specifically the tightfig(hfig) one).
I'm performing the installation of these add-ons from the add-on explorer, currently logged in to my MATLAB account. And when I press to install the add on, it just get stucked on a infinite loading loop and nothing happens after that.
I've tried with other add-ons and the result is always the same, even after a lot of time.
Is there a log to track the installation of these add-ons? Probably by taking a look to it, it can give me a better idea on what's going on.
Is there a way to manually install the add-ons?
Thanks, in advance.

I would recommend contacting support: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html
Some add-ons can be downloaded first and then installed locally. Search for the Add-On in the File Exchange instead of the Add-Ons explorer. Here is a link the tightfig(hfig): https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/34055-tightfig-hfig?s_tid=srchtitle

Hi Cris, thanks for the response and suggestions.
For manually installation I've also explored that there's that option. I've tried to download the tightfig(hfig) add-onn but it contains a zip file with the license and the MATLAB code.
Do you know how this should be installed?
