Error when installing MATLAB 2024b on windows 11 - The procedure entry point ?decodeURL@utility....

When installing MATLAB 2024b on windows 11 machine, I get the following error

"MathWorksProducInstaller.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ?decodeURL@utility@storage@foundation@@YAXAEAV?$char_traits@_S@std@@V?$allocator@_S@2@library C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2024b\bin\win64\libmwsearch_path_utilities.dll"

The install does not create links under Apps or on Desktop. After second install I am able to run the .exe manually, but was not able to after the first install.

Hi, there is a new version of the installer. Download it from Matlab. This solved the problem for me.
