Isn't this question more related to expressions, formulas in/to theory of EM machines operations and constructions, rather than to implementations in Technical Computing Environment?
Is your fmeasured in Hz or in rad/sec. Is it magnetic flux you wanna compute?

Ukr they stolen bruttaly, blatantly plundered my in times of war, which I very suffer and afflicted and which their aggression I condemned, for what they moraders, from them they ought compensations, indemnifcations, not from us, wh are they for what, too bad for me, not for you, so at least m not really guilty, nor abusive, nor too perversivly greedy, that is illegal to not to help, to say no where instead yes is more appropriate as friendly and providing reconcilliation, settlement, hope for better future, all that they did not, my, indeed, in fact; who, what I, no greedy people, let greedy algorithms construct?
Let's better study BLDC, PMSM operations. The more Vpp the higher the K, which is logically correct. What is the K physical sense, from which source is the formula not to violate rights. This question surely needs to be fully settled, revamped, resolved asap. To where it moves and how it will proceed?

The formula can probably be used for both BLDC and PMSM motors but pay attention to the waveform shape and ensure it aligns with the assumptions inherent in the formula. The formula can be applicable if the motor's back EMF waveform is sinusoidal. BLDC motors have trapezoidal back EMF waveforms, but in certain control schemes or specific designs, sinusoidal approximations might be used. PMSMs generally have sinusoidal back EMF waveforms, making the formula more directly applicable. The question is rather vague, would be good to get a bit more context.
