Problem with translational - rotational datas for antagonistic pneumatic muscles

I have a problem with rotational part of my model, want to get angle of arm attached to gear wheel, from actuators i have forces and everything good results but after slider crank i have problems with datas of rotational part, whats wrong? blocks or parameters maybe?

It'll be helpful if you can share the model for further diagnostics.
From the picture alone, I saw two things to look into:
(1) the force sensor is in parallel with the actuator. I don't think it's the right way to sense force. It should be in series. It's creating a "short circuit" over the actuator right now.
(2) you may need a mass at the R end of each of the actuators.
