Matlab not running in garuda linux (very similar to manjaro)

i managed to instal matlab but when i try to run it i get this :
MATLAB is selecting SOFTWARE rendering.
Authorization required, but no authorization protocol specified
Command `service` threw an exception
Error loading /home/athanasios/.MathWorks/ServiceHost/-mw_shared_installs/v2024.13.0.2/
bin/glnxa64/mathworksservicehost/rcf/matlabconnector/serviceprocess/rcf/service/libmwms
hrcfservice.so. libmwfoundation_crash_handling.so: ne peut activer une pile exécutable
comme l'objet partagé le requiert: Argument invalide: Succès: Succès

what is error 5201 and how can i solve it?

I don't know, but if you do exactly what it says in the FAQ though, you should be up and running.
Once it's working, please come back here and say what fixed it, in the event others have the same problem.

Since as far as I know garuda is an arch based distribution, you are probably facing the same problem I was facing, but good news, I have a solution :). If you look at the thread here, you can find all relevant information.
