Access denied when visit the official website

Question:
Do you happen to be using Firefox desktop on MacOS ?
No, I just visit the mathwork website using edge and the system is windows.
Now, I find that only when my laptop links to a certain wifi account, I cann't visit the mathwork website. If I change a wifi, it seems to be normal. But when my another laptop links the certain wifi, there isn't this problem.
I wonder if the case that does not work is a VPN that appears to be outside of China, and the cases that do work either have no VPN or else have VPN that appears to be inside China ?
No. I have try both methods. But it doesn't work. Today, the problem seems to be solved itself. I haven't done anything. It is strange. Thanks very much for replying me. Best wishes to you.

Same problem occurred for me. Anyone has the solution?

I am suddenly facing the same problem, when trying to visit any MATLAB Central websites on Win 11 - LibreWolf.
No problems on Firefox though. And I have not used vpn on my current PC.
Weird.
Edit > Even weirder : When I edited my comment on Firefox, the same thing issue happened there - I couldn't submit the edit and on refreshing the page - Access Denied.
So I came back to LibreWolf to check it and voila, the issue seems to be solved on Librewolf now.
Maybe it is a network problem.
Hi, Bro.
My school tell me that the problem occurred on the offical website side. After several days, I can access it normally.

Hey Will,
I found an obscure thread on Microsoft communtity where someone faced a similar issue of being denied access to a website with variations of the edgesuite URL error message:
It seems like a CDN (Content Derlivery Network) service in use was blocking their IP Address but would work fine when using VPN which gave them a different IP Address.
Considering that you mentioned it started working fine later, there is a strong possibility that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) gives you a Dynamic IP Address instead of a static one. This leads to your IP Address chaning periodically and could explain why it started working again without any intervention.
