MathWorks Licensing Error 83 Your license server is not configured for this release of MATLAB.
We already have the license.dat for R2025b_Update_1
The license server has LMTOOLS version 11.18.1.0 and lmgrd version 11.18.10

You need lmgrd 11.19.7
