Cómo calificar exámenes de opción múltiple con una foto?

Soy docente y quiero poder desarrollar un GUI para poder calificar exámenes con una foto, son muchos exámenes y quiero optimizar ese proceso, adjunto imagen del formato que usan mis estudiantes. Me pueden dar una guía de cómo hacerlo? quiero aprender.
