Installing R2012B onto oscilloscope

I have an account on my PC where R2025B is installed. I need to install R2012B onto an oscilloscope (running Windows 7).

How can I download 2012B onto the scope?

Does this device meet the requirements for MATLAB? That is, it is not just that it runs that version of windoze, but it also needs to fit a set of requirements, thus in terms of the minimum RAM required, a valid CPU, and disk space available.
