Vibhu, you have just posted a sentence. What *exactly* is your question? Do you want 100% working code for detecting hand regions in a large database of hand colours? Do you want to just know the L.A.B. colour space regions normally identified as human skin? Do you have *almost working* code for a particular problem that just has an error you can't track down?

For example, if I posted the words: "black car code".... what question am I asking?

At the moment, all we can do is basically point you towards a google search for the title of your post (something like Image Analyst has done).

i wana a complete matlab code for recognizing human hand ,the part i m concerned is the segmentation of the hand on the basis of color based segmenatation ,basically my project deals with by how definig the skin color in the color spaces we can detect hand,moreover there can be many other methods to detect hand but i m working on the basis of color only....so i need a complete working code for this.....plsss help me out
