fraction to decimal conversion

Hi,
I want to calculate with my matrix A:
I = [ 1 0 0
0 1 0
0 0 1 ];
A = [ -0.0386 0.0386 0
0.0386 -0.0771 0.0386
0 0.0386 -0.0606 ]

F = (s*I-A)^(-1)

My problem is that I get only these weird numbers:

what can I do to transfer the fraction to decimal numbers? I've tried to use the
format short
but that didn't help.
