How can I close the roi edge

Hi, I have an image that represents part of ROI edge, I need to complete the ROI edge. the command:
BW = poly2mask(x, y, m, n)
doesn't help because I don't know the order of the dots in the edge of the shape. An image with an example and the correspond variable are attached.
