Is there a way to get a subscript or a superscript in a guide text screen

I'm creating a panel using guide. I want to be able to show 10^-6 as a superscript rather than use ^-6. How do I do that.

Using the TeX or LaTeX interpreter, enclose the exponent in curly brackets:
10^{-6}
similarly for subscripts:
x_{2,3}

This works on the screen. How do you write text to a file with superscripts and subscripts.
You don’t, unless the file is a LaTeX document. Word could probably do it as well, but you have to create the requisite macros, not something I’ve ever done or want to do. So you’re restricted to whatever is in the font you’re using. Even with that, it would likely require you to use Unicode characters, and that may be a challenge as well.
