Error while trying to install MATLAB R2015a "The following error was detected while downloading 3p/icu_win​64_1419898​903.enc"

I try to install MATLAB R2015a and when the installer try to download the products an error message stops the installation

The error message says: "The following error was detected while downloading 3p/icu_win64_1419898903.enc null Would you like to retry downloading 3p/icu_win64_1419898903.enc? If you press No, the installer will exit without completing the installation."

I tried to download the installer 2-3 times but the error is the same. Please help I need it for school

You may need to disable your anti-virus while you download the files.

Thank you very much. I disable windows defender and firewall ant it starts dowload products!
