how to solve a PDE for semi-infiite medium diffusion

I am new here, and just start to use Matlab for solving some PDEs.

I am encountering a problem which is a simple PDE dC/dt=Dd^2C/dx^2 initial condition: t=0 0<x<infinite C=C0 boundary conditions t>0 x=0 C=C1 x=infinite C=C0
