Rock Paper Scissors GUI

Does anyone have or able to make the rock paper scissors gui? I have tried and tried again but no luck making it myself. It is not homework if anyone would care to know.

it isn't actually homework haha. Its the summer, not in class. And it is a question in my opinion. My friends and I were trying to make it but gave up.
