I can´t comunicate matlab R2012b withe a keithley 2636

It appears that there is a IVI-COM driver for it at http://www.keithley.com/products/dcac/currentvoltage/gpmp/?path=2636A/Downloads#4 which would allow you to connect by GPIB if you have Instrument Control toolbox https://www.mathworks.com/products/instrument/supported/gpib.html
At the moment I cannot check to see if they provide 32 and 64 bit dll. Are you using 32 bit MATLAB or 64 bit?
