Grabbing the handle of a plot

How can I plot a graph of 2 variables which contains 2 tables?

Unclear -- show the actual data structure specifically and what you want plotted against what...specifically I don't know what "... variables which contains ... tables" means.
Nor what the question title of "grabbing the handle" would have to do with anything...
