Hello: I've a question... If I have a vector's know and I want calculate your primitive function used ODE45, for example: I know: a=[......] and a vector of time : t=[......] but, I need know v from the differential equation dv/dt = a(t); When I built the code using ODE45, but I get an error. Could they a help me for do the code??

I am having difficulty understanding your situation. Do you have a formula, or do you have a bunch of times and measurements of the derivative at the times? If that is the case then you should be using trapz() or cumtrapz().
I do not know what a "primitive function" is in this context? You cannot get a symbolic formula out of ode45.
